Term 2 Holiday Program
(Updated 19 June 2025)
Today’s the Day! Our Anticipated School Holiday Program Timetable is Here! 🎉
We’re thrilled to announce that our brand new School Holiday Program timetable is officially live! Our therapy team has spent this term reviewing and re-imagining our holiday groups to ensure every session is the best it can be for our amazing Chatterbox kids, teens, and young adults.
What’s New and Different This Time?
Smaller Groups, More Individual Care:
We’re capping the number of clients in each group to provide more individualised attention and ensure a higher quality of therapy. This means your child will get the focused support they deserve, with plenty of opportunities to connect and grow.Fewer, More Purposeful Groups:
You’ll notice we’re running fewer groups than usual. That’s because we’ve taken a deep dive into our allied health team’s experience and capacity, especially with some fantastic new Allied Health Assistants joining us this term. Every group is carefully planned and led by professionals who are passionate and experienced in working with children and young people.Quality Over Quantity – Always:
At Chatterbox, we never treat group programs as a ‘gold mine’ or run groups just to fill spots. Our mission is, and always will be, to put our clients’ needs first. We’ll never risk the integrity of our services just to increase numbers or revenue. Every decision we make starts with what’s best for our Chatterbox families. No ‘Babysitting’ Enrolments:
We only enrol children in groups where we know we can support their goals and help them succeed. We don’t believe in putting children in groups just for the sake of it, our focus is on delivering meaningful therapy experiences.Transparency & Advocacy for Every Child:
We know that, at times, a therapist may need to tell a parent that their child is not suitable for a group. We understand how devastating this can be for families. However, we are deeply committed to being transparent with all of our families. If, after many weeks, we feel a child is not benefitting from group, we will notify parents as soon as possible. This decision is always made with the child’s best interests at heart—we advocate for each individual child and provide as much support as needed to their family.
Why Choose Chatterbox?
Chatterbox is a unique and special place because our mission is lived every day by our team—no matter their role. We only bring on staff who share our Chatterbox values and are committed to providing the best for our families. You’ll always know that your child’s wellbeing and progress are our top priorities.
