Therapeutic Putty is a non-toxic stretchy, silicon-based exercise material used by occupational therapists for hand therapy. It is widely used for grip strength, finger strength, and fine motor skills. These can all be improved by the use of hand putty.
Please ask your therapist which resistance is appropriate.
GREEN – Medium Resistance
BLUE – Firm Resistance
